The Golf Swing Speed Challenge Review The Golf Swing Speed Challenge was designed by Alex Gairdner.

Golf

The Golf Swing Speed Challenge Review The Golf Swing Speed Challenge was designed by Alex Gairdner. Alex is a British sports scientist who designed this program to help himself to increase his swing speed.
Alex has a lot of letters after his name (i.e. BSc(Hons) Physio, Acup. ACP, BSc(Hons) SpSc) I'm not sure what they all mean, but it appears he has a lot of credentials to design a sports fitness program.

But the thing I like about this is that Alex doesn't only walk the walk but he talks the talk...in terms of results. Alex has said that he created this program to help himself swing faster, and then he videod his swing speed before he started it and found his swing speed was 93.8 mph. Then 56 days after completing the program he retested his swing speed and found that his swing speed was then 114 mph.

As Alex reminds us, for every 1 mph of swing speed increase a golfer gains about 2 - 2.5 yards. Alex has used 2.2 yards to workout that he gained 44.3 yards in distance. Now that's impressive distance gains in just 56 days! After learning about Alex's personal distance gains I wanted to take this golf swing speed challenge for myself.

When I did I found the exercises very easy to do, in terms of what they were. There's no complicated exercises and you can do them all at home. To be honest, because I hadn't worked out in a while I found the exercises a bit tough on my body at first, but as I kept doing them it got easier and easier and I started to feel great.

And really, I can't fault the challenge there... it's a good way to get me exercising regularly again. I personally thought it was great how you could do all the exercises at home and you didn't need to buy expensive equipment. All the way through the challenge I was checking my swing speed and at first I didn't notice any improvement, which I think was because my body was adjusting.

Then after a couple of weeks I noticed about a 5 mph improvement and then I kept on getting faster and faster until at the end of the program I had a 14 mph improvement. That works out to be 30 yards added to my shots. This has made golf so much more fun for me. I'm back to hitting par 5's in two and getting a lot closer to the green on par 4's. But one of the biggest benefits of going through this program is my swing feels so much easier.

Even though I'm swinging faster it feels easier. Also I don't feel in pain anymore when I'm swinging. And I'm swinging about 80 - 90% on my driver swing so it's the same as I was swinging before, but it's so much faster now. I have done many other things to try to improve my swing speed like yoga, static stretches etc. but none of those things helped increase my swing speed. After doing this the results speak for themselves.

So if you want to hit the ball further I can't recommend this highly enough. To find out more go to visite consistentgolf.com

 Overall Opinion:

Highly Recommended Asked If He's Been Taking Lessons... "I have been using your Swing Speed Program for about 6 weeks now. I must admit that due to a rather heavy work schedule I have not been as diligent as I would like, but have not missed that many days of workout and stretching.

To give you a short background, I am 55 years of age and started playing golf when I was 6 years old. I am 6'3" and weigh 205lbs. so I am not in bad shape, just a little extra around the middle. My handicap fluctuates between 1 and 3. As I write this my index is 1.4. I play 90-110 rounds per year in southern Ontario, Canada, a 7-8 month season. I have just started the advanced program, so, everything in this writing pertains to the basic part of the program.

The first thing I noticed when I started was how out of shape I really was. As you indicated in the program I did indeed some minor pain from muscles that I had not been using that often. This did pass after about a week of working out. As each week went by I could feel a difference in amount of flexibility I had. I now have about 25% more flex, especially in the shoulders.

I am confident that will increase even more with the advanced section and I look forward to continuing the program. Now here's what's really got me excited: I have never been too concerned about how far anyone I play with hits the ball, although a few of the boys I play with are. My mid to short irons and putting have always been fairly good and I score well enough to maintain my handicap and be competitive. There's always a few dollars on the line.

Over the last 4 weeks I have definitely seen an increase in my distance. Currently I am about 12 yards longer off the tees than I was before starting the 'Golf Swing Speed' program. Even the fellows I play with have noticed and are asking me if I've been taking lessons. As nice as this extra yardage is, what's really exciting is the effect this has had on my irons. Before starting the program I was hitting my 9 iron 135 yards average.

This is with no wind. Obviously when I hit it perfectly, which we all know is the exception not the rule, it will go about 8 or so yards further, but, the average is what I play with. The increased length with the driver should require me to hit 1 less club into greens, so I thought.

This was not however the case. I found that I actually needed 2 less clubs because 1 less put me 8-10 yards past the pins. It seemed rather obvious that the program was working with all my clubs, however I wanted to be sure. I determine my yardages on the course later in the evening when the place is deserted.

I hit about 25 balls with each club and GPS the yardage. I disregard the 5 best and the 5 worst. What's left is a good reflection of average distance for any particular club. I will do this twice annually, spring and summer.

This past week, mid October and about 60 degrees, I rechecked my yardages. To my great pleasure they have all increased by a 10 yard average as well. This, in my mind, can only be due to the Swing Speed program because that is the only variable since checking them in the summer. I cannot tell you how thrilled I am to be hitting 9 irons instead of 7's, wedges instead of 8's and even better bringing our 5 pars into range to be on in 2 instead of 3.

I need to hit 2 perfect shots but at least it's now possible. I am looking forward to continuing the Golf Swing Speed workouts and checking my distances in the spring again. I'll let you know, if you like, what the numbers are.

Thank you again for the program." P.S. Please keep those swing speed drills coming. I really enjoy them. P.P.S. I've decided I'll let my buddies in on my secret next time we play. If they don't get your program that'll be better for me because their money looks pretty good in my wallet!" Mark Hunermund, Canada

PGA Tour Player’s Golf Swing Secret Can Now Be Tested

PGA Tour Player’s Golf Swing Secret Can Now Be Tested

Valley Cottage, USA – It has been discovered that there is one big swing difference between PGA Tour players and amateur golfers swings.  And Jeff Richmond now has a golf swing test so that amateur golfers can test to see if they are swinging like a PGA Tour player in this one critical aspect or not.

According to Jeff Richmond, owner of The Golf Swing Test “if a golfer fails the golf swing test it can be costing them up to 50 yards in distance, causing them to greatly lack accuracy and stop golfers from having any sort of golfing consistency.”

This one main golf swing difference was discovered after spending many hours analyzing and comparing the swings of PGA Tour players golf swings, and amateur golfers swings.  The golf swing test was then created so that every amateur golfer could quickly find out how their swing compares to that of a top professional golfer.

“It’s common knowledge that the average golfer has not improved their handicap over the last 30 years — even with all the improvements in equipment, course maintenance and golf instruction technology. And after discovering this one golf swing fault that most amateur golfers suffer from, I believe it’s one of the main reasons why most average golfers don’t improve as much as they’d like.” says Jeff Richmond.

The Stress Free Golf Swing Review

The Stress Free Golf Swing Review

The Stress-Free Golf Swing Review

The Stress-Free Golf swing was created by Jeff Richmond of ConsistentGolf.com.   There is an interesting story to the creation of this swing, because Jeff claims he accidently discovered a secret move that Ben Hogan made in his golf swing.

Jeff says he made this discovery on the 5th of March, 2015.

Jeff knows the exact date because the discovery was made when he was analyzing 23 great golfers swings for a blog post he was doing, to see how much head movement great golfers have in their swings.

The move Jeff found Ben Hogan does is completely contrary to what is traditionally taught in the golf swing, and after discovering it Jeff was keen to try it himself.  After trying the move Jeff played a game a week later and hit 14 greens in regulation.  Then for the next 8 months Jeff continued to use the move and averaged 12 greens in regulation over that period, up from an average 10 greens in regulation.

After another great ball striking game in October Jeff decided to make this move public.  He waited so long because he didn't believe Ben Hogan had a secret that would work for everyone.

But Jeff realized that his continued great results could not be denied.

So he put his discovery into a detailed PDF and made some videos to show how to do this move, and announced it to his 100,000+ golfers that follow him, for them to try.  But he only put it on the market for 7 days, to get a small test group of golfers to test it out and to see if the secret move would work for them as well as it did for Jeff.  This took place on the 20th of November, 2015.

On the 28th of January, 2016 Jeff emailed the testers for their feedback, and the results astounded Jeff.  A small selection of the results from those golfers can be seen here: (Affiliate URL Here)

So what is the one secret move?

Due to copyright rules and regulations, I'm unable to disclose details of the secret discovered.  But I can say that the one secret move goes completely against what is taught traditionally in the golf swing.  And this one swing secret makes timing a lot easier.

Jeff provides proof of Ben Hogan before the accident and after the accident showing this magic move, which I like.  As Ben Hogan said about his secret, "it's easy to spot if you know where to look".

And it is very easy to spot.

Stress

When you get the Stress-Free Golf swing you get a PDF and videos that show you how to do this move.  It's a very simple move in theory, but for most people it will take a bit of getting used to, as it's a contrary move to what is taught in the golf swing and what pretty much every golfer would be used to.

But when you get this one move, the results are amazing.

The golf swing is much easier to time and perfect.

The golf swing becomes simple and easy to repeat.

I have tried many different types of swings over the years and The Stress-Free Golf swing is by far the best and simplest.  So if you want to hit the ball further and straighter, go here to check out The Stress-Free Golf Swing. I can't recommend this highly enough.

Overall Opinion: Highly Recommended
